Job summary

Collins Aerospace, a RTX company, seeks an LCC Shared Services Analyst to ensure data accuracy and access across Legal, Contracts, and Compliance. You will manage intake, route requests, and support documentation, training, and system maintenance from a remote location, Puerto Rico, with a focus on audit readiness and process improvements.

Candidates should have a university degree and up to two years of experience in intake processes, data tracking, and centralized communication tools.

Qualifications

• Typically requires a University Degree and less than 2 years prior relevant experience.
• Experience performing intake and routing of requests through enterprise processes and tools.
• Experience maintaining accurate and complete data across tracking tools, platforms, or internal systems.
• Experience monitoring and managing centralized communication channels such as shared inboxes, ticketing systems, or request queues.

Responsibilities

• Perform initial intake of requests through designated enterprise intake processes and tools for the LCC group.
• Maintain accurate and complete data across tracking tools, platforms, and internal systems.
• Monitor and manage centralized communication channels, including shared inboxes, ticketing systems, and request queues.
• Log incoming requests, track status updates, and provide timely communication to internal stakeholders.
• Route requests for review, approval, or escalation in accordance with established workflows and compliance requirements.
• Support record maintenance activities, metadata updates, and system corrections.
• Participate in training sessions to learn processes, standards, and enterprise tools.
• Assist in process improvement activities through minor updates to workflows, templates, or documentation.
