Collins Aerospace seeks an LCC Shared Services Analyst to support Legal, Contracts and Compliance functions in a remote capacity. You will help ensure shared resources, documentation, training tools, and collaboration platforms are accurate, accessible, and auditable across LCC groups.

The role emphasizes intake, data integrity, workflow routing, and compliance checks, with opportunities to participate in process improvements and training programs.

Qualifications

• Typically requires a University Degree and less than 2 years prior relevant experience.
• Experience performing intake and routing of requests through enterprise processes and tools.
• Experience maintaining accurate and complete data across tracking tools, platforms, or internal systems.
• Experience monitoring and managing centralized communication channels such as shared inboxes, ticketing systems, or request queues.

Responsibilities

• Perform initial intake of requests through designated enterprise intake processes and tools for the LCC group.
• Maintain accurate and complete data across tracking tools, platforms, and internal systems.
• Monitor and manage centralized communication channels, including shared inboxes, ticketing systems, and request queues.
• Log incoming requests, track status updates, and provide timely communication to internal stakeholders.
• Route requests for review, approval, or escalation in accordance with established workflows and compliance requirements.
• Perform basic compliance checks to ensure required documentation, mandatory data fields, and approval steps are completed.
