Job summary

Naviga Recruiting & Executive Search partners with a leading global business law firm to recruit a detail-oriented Legal Executive Assistant for the remote collections team. You will report to the Sr.

Collections Manager and handle onboarding, payment processing, and financial reporting in a fast-paced, professional environment. The role requires at least 5 years in a professional accounting role with collections experience; law firm experience is a plus.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of experience in a professional accounting role, specifically within collections, accounts receivable, or financial administration.
• Experience in a law firm environment is preferred.
• Education includes high school diploma or GED, Associate's degree preferred.
• Proficiency with MS Word and Excel; strong communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Support client onboarding by gathering financial documents and setting up new client profiles.
• Process payments, verify transactions, investigate discrepancies, and track missing items.
• Generate and analyze reports on outstanding balances and collections activity for management.
• Prepare documentation in Chrome River for client refunds and manage vendor forms.
• Provide general administrative and collections-related support to managers and staff.
