Naviga Recruiting & Executive Search is partnering with a leading global business law firm to hire a Legislative Executive Assistant to join their collections team in a fully remote capacity. Reporting to the Sr.

Collections Manager, you will support onboarding, payments, and financial reporting in a fast-paced, professional environment. The ideal candidate brings 5+ years in accounting/collections, law firm exposure, and strong skills with Aderant and Chrome River, with high proficiency in MS

Qualifikationen

• Minimum 5 years in a professional accounting role within collections, AR, or financial administration.
• Experience in a law firm environment is required.
• Education: High School diploma or GED; Associate degree preferred.
• Proficient in MS Word and Excel (intermediate).
• Aderant and Chrome River experience is REQUIRED.
• Workday, PayPal, and ARCS experience are highly desired.
• Strong communication skills and ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.

Aufgaben

• Client onboarding support: gather financial documents and set up new client profiles per procedures.
• Payment processing and research: review credit card payments, verify transactions, and investigate discrepancies.
• Financial reporting: generate and analyze reports on outstanding balances and collections activity.
• Refund management: prepare and submit documentation to process client overpayments.
• Vendor management: complete vendor forms accurately per policies.
• Administrative support: assist collections managers and communicate with clients and vendors.
