You will guide practices through virtual and on-site training, focusing on intraoral scanning, digital workflows, and adoption of our platform, while traveling up to 20% to support launches and in-practice sessions.
Qualifications
- Experience training on digital dental platforms or clinical techs.
- Hands-on knowledge of intraoral scanning and workflows.
- Excellent teaching and facilitation skills.
- Clear, confident communicator with virtual presentation skills.
- Customer-first mindset with remote trust-building.
- Highly organized with accountability and outcomes.
- Adaptable in fast-paced environments.
Responsibilities
- Lead onboarding and ramp-up for new practices.
- Deliver engaging virtual or on-site training sessions.
- Demonstrate intraoral scanning best practices.
- Build clinical trust to drive adoption.
- Own each launch and hit key milestones.
- Provide post-launch coaching and refine workflows.
- Monitor scan quality and give feedback.
- Identify usage gaps and follow-up.
- Conduct First Case Monitoring sessions.
- Collaborate with Customer Success, Product, and Support.
- Celebrate early wins to build momentum.
