Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Liaise with the L2 team for solutions.
• Help troubleshoot the API and solve technical problems.
• Support partners and clients in navigating the WhatsApp API.
• Communicate with Meta representatives.
• Collaborate with Sales and Account Management Teams.
