• Experience building scalable backend services.
• Strong collaboration with product and design.

Responsibilities

• Learn our claims automation pipeline in depth and own changes within months.
• Lower the cost of every claim by routing work to the right models while maintaining accuracy.
• Restructure the pipeline so stages can be changed, tested, and rolled out independently.
