Qualifications

• Residency within New York or New Jersey.
• 4+ years of experience using estimating software like Xactimate for complex contents estimating.
• Bachelor's Degree.

Responsibilities

• Handle contents claims virtually in New York or New Jersey.
• Collaborate with on-site vendors via video to identify damages and write contents damage estimates.
• Communicate empathetically with customers and guide them through the claim process.
