Allstate in the United States is seeking a Large Loss Property Contents Adjuster who can work from home handling complex contents claims and ALE, conducting thorough coverage investigations, and writing detailed damage estimates using advanced video technology.

You will negotiate settlements, communicate with customers empathetically, coordinate with structure adjusters, and apply data analytics to guide decisions while maintaining rigorous documentation in the claims system.

Competenze

• 3+ years experience handling Large Loss property contents claims and ALE.
• Experience handling property insurance claims.
• Experience managing 100+ inventory items per claim.
• Excellent customer service and clear communication.
• Organized and able to multi-task in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficient in English with professional writing and verbal skills.
