Job summary

Cambia Health Solutions is seeking a Large Group Coordinator I, II, or III DOE to manage onboarding and paperwork for 101+ employer groups, analyze benefits, and support sales and service teams. This role spans Level I through Level III with hybrid/remote options and a focus on accurate configuration and timely activations.

You will coordinate quotes, enrollment, and group setup, working across underwriting, sales, and product teams to ensure compliance and customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business or related field.
• 1–2 years healthcare experience for Level I; more for Level II/III as described.

Responsibilities

• Manage onboarding and paperwork for 101+ employer groups.
• Analyze benefit details and support sales, service, and downstream teams.
• Prepare quotes and coordinate enrollment eligibility files.
• Track end-to-end group setup and ensure timely activation of benefits.
