Job summary

Meridial is seeking experienced Language Fluency Instructors for an autonomous freelance AI trainer project conducted remotely. The role focuses on qualitative evaluation of language learning interactions and real-world teaching approaches for adult learners aiming at jobs or higher education.

You will analyze data, provide detailed feedback in meetings, and document insights in structured spreadsheets; pay ranges from $6 to $65 per hour, with final offers based on experience and location;

Qualifications

• Professional experience as Language Fluency Coach, ESL/EFL instructor, or vocational trainer.
• Fluent in English plus at least one local Indian language (Hindi/Tamil/Marathi/Urdu).
• Unstructured teaching approach for practical conversational fluency in adults.
• Strong communication and analytical skills for qualitative feedback.
• Experience reporting insights via structured spreadsheets.

Responsibilities
