Qualifications
- 3+ years of experience in real estate, land planning, surveying, right-of-way, or a related field
- Experience working with right-of-way and real estate documents
- Experience supporting power, energy, utility, or land development projects
- Experience with land acquisition reports and project documentation
- Strong organizational and communication skills
- Highly detail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple priorities
Responsibilities
- Support Project Managers and Land Solutions Leadership
- Help keep projects organized, on schedule, and within established parameters
- Coordinate information between field and office teams
- Maintain accurate project and land documentation
- Help ensure client deliverables are completed accurately and on time
- Contribute to a collaborative, client-focused Land Solutions team
