Job summary

Atwell, LLC is seeking a remote Land Solutions Program Coordinator to support our Project Managers and Leadership team across right-of-way, land acquisition, and energy infrastructure projects.

The role emphasizes hands-on project coordination and administrative support, working closely with Project Managers, field teams, clients, and internal groups. Ideal candidates are organized, detail-oriented, and capable of tracking deliverables, maintaining documentation, and supporting land activities.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in real estate, land planning, surveying, right-of-way, or related field.
• Experience with land acquisition reports and project documentation.
• Experience supporting power, energy, utility, or land development projects.
• Strong organizational and communication skills.
• Highly detail-oriented with ability to manage multiple priorities.
• Ability to work with Project Managers, field teams, clients, and internal departments.
• Knowledge of land and right-of-way concepts.

Responsibilities

• Support Project Managers and Land Solutions Leadership.
• Help keep projects organized, on schedule, and within established parameters.
• Coordinate information between field and office teams.
• Maintain accurate project and land documentation.
• Help ensure client deliverables are completed accurately and on time.
