Job summary

Atwell, LLC is seeking a remote Land Solutions Program Coordinator to support project managers across right-of-way, land acquisition, and energy infrastructure initiatives. This role emphasizes organization, detail-orientation, and coordination of project information, deliverables, and documentation.

You will collaborate with field teams, clients, and internal groups, track budgets and schedules, maintain records in Vision/FlairDocs, and assist with landowner research and parcel identification.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in real estate, land planning, surveying, right-of-way, or a related field.
• Experience with right-of-way and real estate documents.
• Experience supporting power, energy, utility, or land development projects.
• Experience with land acquisition reports and project documentation.
• Strong organizational and communication skills.
• Detail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
• Ability to work effectively with Project Managers, field teams, clients, and internal departments.
• Ability to apply fundamental land and right-of-way concepts.

Responsibilities

• Support Project Managers and Land Solutions Leadership.
• Help keep projects organized, on schedule, and within established parameters.
• Coordinate information between field and office teams.
• Maintain accurate project and land documentation.
• Help ensure client deliverables are completed accurately and on time.
• Contribute to a collaborative, client-focused Land Solutions team.
