Solar Provider Group (SPG) is hiring a Land Partnerships Specialist to generate and advance land opportunities across North America. The role focuses on landowner outreach, opportunity qualification, and lease advancement, with email marketing and cold-calling at the core of prospecting. Frequent travel within the U.S.

will be required to visit project sites and engage communities. Remote work is available for U.S.-based candidates.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in outside sales, business development, land acquisition, or related field.
• Strong ability to build trust quickly and move conversations toward action.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement.
• Comfort negotiating within defined guardrails and contracts.
• Self-motivated with strong follow-up and multi-opportunity management.

Responsabilités

• Conduct proactive landowner outreach via cold calls and email marketing, with some in-person visits.
• Build trust to advance prospects toward site control and lease negotiations.
• Negotiate leases, easements, and options within company templates and criteria.
• Escalate complex issues to leadership as needed and present the value proposition clearly.
• Maintain CRM records, track outreach, and coordinate with cross-functional teams.
