Job summary

Utopian Capital is seeking a part-time, virtual Acquisition Manager to work directly with landowners, evaluating opportunities and negotiating deals from lead to closing. You will coordinate with the CEO/COO, strengthen systems, and move transactions forward in a fast-growing land investment firm.

Your daily tasks include promptly calling priority leads, following up with sellers, responding to texts, nurturing relationships, and updating the CRM.

Qualifications

• Strong communication and organizational skills to outreach and build rapport with sellers.
• Experience with cold calling, handling objections, and professional customer service.
• Flexible for occasional evening, weekend, or last-minute calls.
• Experience in real estate or land investing, brokerage, or a related field.
• Experience using CRMs such as GoHighLevel and logging activity accurately.
• Reliable, self-motivated, able to work independently in a virtual role.
• Willingness to learn and grow with the company.

Responsibilities
