Job summary

Century Complete is seeking a Land Acquisition Analyst to help identify new land opportunities that fit our land strategy and business plan goals. You will conduct research, analyze data, and manage land information to maximize the profitability of existing and proposed assets.

You will support regional teams, extract data from MLS, company databases, GIS tools, and external sources, prepare market studies, review due diligence, and assist with proformas and underwriting for land investments.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Engineering, or Construction required.
• 2-3 years of experience in construction or a similar role preferred.
• Real estate or market research experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Support regional and divisional teams in analyzing land prospects.
• Extract and analyze data from MLS, company databases, Metrostudy, Land Vision, Zonda, and other external sites.
• Prepare market study data for the Land Acquisition Team.
