Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Labor Relations, Business, or HR; JD or advanced degree preferred.
• 5+ years labor/employee relations in a unionized multi-site setting.
• Experience negotiating multiple CBAs and handling investigations/arbitrations.

Responsibilities

• Identify and implement strategic labor objectives aligned with business goals.
• Educate employees on union issues and company policies with HR/Operations.
• Support CBA negotiation and management to achieve cost-effective labor agreements.
