The role is remote with up to 50% travel and involves leading on-site assessments, grievance handling, and arbitration support.

Ideal candidates have 5–7 years of labor relations experience, deep NLRA knowledge, and strong conflict resolution skills.

Qualifications

• 5-7 years of labor relations experience in labor relations, employee relations, or workplace investigations.
• Advanced knowledge of NLRA, NLRB processes, and federal/state employment laws.
• Strong conflict resolution and active listening skills.

Responsibilities

• Interpret and administer collective bargaining agreements across locations.
• Provide real-time guidance on CBA applications to operations and HR.
• Investigate, document, and process grievance steps.
