Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or Business and 7 years of experience in Labor/Workforce/Employee Relations or 11 years in Labor/Workforce/Employee Relations.
• Knowledge of employee/management relations and employment laws including NLRA and NLRB.
• Extensive experience with labor relations, collective bargaining process, contract administration and arbitrations.
• Strong knowledge of federal and state labor laws including NLRA and NLRB processes.
• Demonstrated ability to influence senior leaders without formal authority.

Responsibilities

• Lead the execution of complex labor relations initiatives and high-risk workforce matters in support of enterprise business strategies.
• Serve as senior subject matter expert in CBA administration, grievance resolution, arbitration preparation, workforce restructuring compliance, and labor risk mitigation.
• Provide technical leadership and execution support across Labor Relations.
• Note: role does not have direct supervisory or budgetary responsibility.
