C&S Wholesale Grocers seeks an Associate General Counsel, Labor Relations to guide labor policy and risk management across the organization. You will advise HR, operations, and senior leadership, lead negotiations, and oversee arbitration and ULP responses.

The role requires strategic thinking and cross‑functional collaboration in a remote setting. You’ll supervise union campaigns, train managers on labor topics, and ensure compliance with state and federal labor laws while aligning legal advice

Qualifications

• J.D. degree and active license to practice law.
