Job summary

Scale LLP is building out its national Labor & Employment Practice. We seek senior attorneys (7+ years) who advise clients on compliance, best practices, and litigation across municipal, state, and federal labor laws.

The ideal candidate has a strong book of business, national/local client experience, and a desire to grow through BD while collaborating with Scale teams. Scale LLP emphasizes a transparent compensation model and remote-first collaboration, supporting startups to public companies

Qualifications

• Seven+ years of experience at a national or regional law firm.
• Proven expertise in advising on municipal, state, and federal labor and employment laws.
• Strong business development orientation and client-relations skills.

Responsibilities

• Advise clients on labor and employment compliance, best practices, and litigation strategy.
• Represent clients in a range of early-stage litigation matters including discrimination, harassment, wage-and-hour, and wrongful termination claims.
• Collaborate with Scale’s corporate, IP, and litigation teams to support client needs across jurisdictions.
