We Are Legal Revolution in Irvine, California is seeking a mid level Labor and Employment Associate to join its plaintiff-focused practice on a remote basis.

In this role you will handle harassment, discrimination, and wage and hour matters, manage day to day case activity from intake through litigation support, draft complaints and motions, and collaborate with partners for strategy while maintaining client contact. Competenze

• At least 3 years of experience in labor and employment law.
• Plaintiff side employment litigation exposure or strong interest in claimant-focused work.
• Active membership in the California bar.
• JD from an accredited law school.
• Ability to attend the Irvine office at least 3 days per week.

Mansioni

• Handle plaintiff side labor and employment matters including harassment, discrimination, and wage and hour disputes.
• Manage day to day case activity from intake and investigation through negotiation and litigation support.
• Draft complaints, motions, discovery requests, and related employment litigation filings.
• Support depositions, mediations, hearings, and client meetings with increasing ownership over time.
• Collaborate directly with partners on strategy while maintaining regular contact with individual clients.
