Job summary

Remote Genie is seeking an experienced Laboratory Instrument Analyst to provide instrument integration, configuration, and support within a clinical laboratory environment. This consultant will support laboratory instrumentation, instrument rules and calculations, and integrations with the Clinisys/Sunquest LIS.

The initial engagement is 3 months, with potential extension through 2028. The role is 100% remote with a pay rate of $100/hour on W2.

Qualifications

• Experience in clinical lab instrument integration and support.
• Familiarity with Clinisys/Sunquest LIS.
• Hands-on experience with instrument rule creation and validation.

Responsibilities

• Build and validate instrument rules, calculations, and result processing.
• Provide hands-on instrument integration and support.
• Configure Roche instrumentation and the NAVIFY platform.
• Interface new instruments with Clinisys/Sunquest LIS.
• Support instrument configuration, testing, validation, and deployment.
• Troubleshoot instrument integrations and related issues.
• Collaborate with lab, LIS, and technical teams on implementations and operations.
• Prioritize lab break/fix tasks while providing general lab support as needed.
