Capgemini Engineering is seeking a LabVantage LIMS Support Engineer to provide technical and functional support, configuration, troubleshooting, and enhancements for the LabVantage LIMS system. Remote role with responsibilities across L2 support, troubleshooting, data/configuration, and upgrades.

The candidate should have a Bachelor’s degree in IT, pharma, chemistry, or biotech and 4-7 years of LabVantage LIMS experience, including QC/QA/stability workflows and familiarity with SQL, Java/Groovy,

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in IT, pharma, chemistry or biotech.
• 4-7 years of LabVantage LIMS experience.
• Knowledge of QC, QA, and stability workflows.
• Skills in SQL, Java/Groovy, API/Web Services, Bartender, Talend.
• Hands-on LabVantage LIMS configuration and enhancements.
• LabVantage certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide L1/L2 support for LIMS issues.
• Troubleshoot SQL, Java, Groovy, and configuration issues.
• Configure master data, workflows, templates.
• Support integrations and validation activities.
• Assist in upgrades, patches, release management.
