The role focuses on vendor onboarding, due diligence coordination, risk assessment support, and ongoing screening to maintain a strong control environment in a fast-paced crypto payments landscape.

Qualifications

• Experience in financial crime operations or vendor risk management.
• Familiarity with KYV, vendor due diligence, onboarding lifecycle.
• Ability to coordinate multiple onboarding/review cases across teams.
• Understanding of audit trails and evidence standards.
• Strong collaboration with Risk, Compliance, Legal, Information Security.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate onboarding workflow for Third Parties and KYV vendors.
• Collect information, declarations, and evidence for onboarding.
• Maintain onboarding files and audit trails for reviews.
• Track progress, missing documents, and escalations.
• Support due diligence and risk assessment documentation.
