Qualifications

• Background in DevOps, Site Reliability, or Infrastructure Engineering managing production environments.
• Deep knowledge of Kubernetes primitives (Deployments, StatefulSets, Services) and building Operators.
• Strong Go programming skills for systems and automation.
• Proven experience with production stability, monitoring, and incident response.

Responsibilities

• Oversee and enhance a massive Kubernetes infrastructure platform for peak availability and reliability.
• Evolve internal tooling to reduce manual overhead and accelerate platform delivery.
• Manage Day 1 and Day 2 operations for Kubernetes clusters with modern scaling.
• Lead high-severity incident responses with calm, effective coordination.
