Job summary

Boulevard is seeking a Knowledge Systems Manager to own and scale our knowledge ecosystem across customer-facing and internal resources. You’ll shape strategy, governance, and content quality for the Support Center and related documentation, while guiding AI knowledge optimization for Billie/Fin.

You’ll collaborate with Education, Support, Product Marketing, and Product teams to ensure accurate, accessible knowledge and scalable self-service across channels. Remote, US-based.

• AI-driven content optimization for chatbots and self-service.
