United States Digital Space LLC is seeking a senior program/PMO professional to own and evolve our internal knowledge infrastructure. You will design the knowledge layer, governance, and validation workflows in collaboration with Engineering and AI teams, enabling reliable retrieval for people and AI agents.

The role also leads reporting, roadmap views, dashboards, and company operating cadences, driving the adoption of standardized systems across multiple functions.

Qualifications

• 5–8 years of experience in program/product operations, technical program management, product management, data, or similar roles.
• Hands-on experience using AI to create leverage through workflows, automations, agents, or other practical applications.
• Comfort with APIs, data models, analytics, and tools like Linear, GitHub, Metabase, and modern AI platforms.

Responsibilities

• Own the company's knowledge infrastructure: the trusted context layer that captures ownership, knowledge, and governance across teams.
• Build the knowledge layer on top of the AI infrastructure with schemas, automations, and validation workflows.
• Own the reporting layer turning shared context into leadership reports, roadmap views, and planning dashboards.
• Drive adoption of standardized systems across Engineering, Product, Design, Data, Compliance, Legal, Finance, Partnerships, Customer Support, and more.
• Continuously improve how knowledge is captured, organized, and used by identifying friction and enabling teams with tooling and enablement to work with AI.
