Job summary

FHI 360 is seeking a Technical Officer II to support knowledge management and external engagement across multi-country global health projects. You will develop and coordinate technical products, draft audience-ready messages, and ensure branding compliance.

You will work with technical teams, country offices, and partners to capture evidence, lessons learned, and disseminate findings via webinars, briefs, and learning materials. Remote-friendly role within the USA.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree or international equivalent in communications or related field.
Typically 4+ years of NGO/health program information experience.
Strong writing, editing, and project coordination skills.
Fluent English; French proficiency desirable.
Experience with MS Office, SharePoint, and content creation tools.

Responsibilities

Develop, draft, edit, and coordinate high‑quality technical products and public-facing materials.
Synthesize evidence, lessons learned, and best practices for diverse audiences.
Coordinate webinars, conference submissions, presentations, and learning exchanges.
Ensure branding, donor requirements, and organizational standards are met.
Collaborate with technical teams, country offices, and partners on knowledge management.
