Job summary

FHI 360 seeks an Associate Director, Health Programs Knowledge Management to provide strategic and technical leadership for knowledge management, external visibility, and engagement across large, multi-country global health projects. The role oversees the development of strategic messaging and high-quality products for donor, government, and public audiences.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree or international equivalent in a related field; PM cert preferred.
• 10+ years in knowledge management or related field with leadership experience.
• Experience leading large, multi-country projects and conferences/webinars.

Responsibilities

• Provide senior technical oversight for knowledge management, external visibility, learning, and dissemination across projects.
• Lead event planning for conferences, webinars, and learning events with strategic agendas.
• Manage a team overseeing knowledge management, events, and related processes; drive staff development.
