Job summary

FHI 360 seeks a senior leader to drive knowledge management, external visibility, and strategic engagement across global health projects. You will guide content, events, webinars, and high-profile exchanges while ensuring quality and alignment with donor priorities.

You will lead a team, manage budgets and schedules, and represent the organization at professional meetings. Strong English, communication, and leadership skills are essential.

Qualifications

• Master’s Degree or International Equivalent in Knowledge/Information Services, Communications, Education, Health, Behavioral, Life/Social Sciences, International Development, Human Development, or a Related Field.
• Project Management (PM) Certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provides senior technical oversight for knowledge management, external visibility, learning, and technical dissemination across one or more projects.
• Provides strategic and technical leadership for conferences, webinars, learning events, and other high-profile engagements, including developing event strategies and technical agendas; overseeing abstracts, posters, presentations, and speaker preparation; coordinating review and clearance; and ensuring technical quality and alignment with project and organizational priorities.
• Manages and guides a team responsible for knowledge management, events, external visibility, and related processes. Develops staff and leads process improvements to ensure compliance with company and donor standards.
• Creates or revises strategies, work plans, budgets, staffing approaches, and technical designs related to knowledge management, learning, dissemination, and external visibility.
• Maintains collaborative relationships with donors/clients, government agencies, country offices, implementing partners, peer organizations, and other stakeholders; represents the organization at professional meetings, conferences, and strategic engagements.
• Serves as back up to the Technical Director.
