Job summary

TriMark USA, LLC is seeking a Designer to lead commercial kitchen design projects from concept through final drawings. You will work remotely with a Senior Director of Design Services and coordinate with architectural and engineering partners across diverse regions of the country to deliver schematic design, development, and prototypical packages.

The role requires advanced Revit skills, strong client communication, and experience in food service design and equipment specification.

Qualifications

• Must have advanced Revit skills.
• Must have experience in food service design & equipment specification.
• 2-4 years of relevant experience or equivalent military/practical experience.
• Ability to pass a background check post offer acceptance.

Responsibilities

• Lead collaboration on multiple commercial kitchen projects from concept to completion.
• Manage project timelines to align with client expectations and benchmarks.
• Conceptualize and sketch layouts to optimize space and workflow efficiency.
• Conduct capacity and sales studies to inform design decisions and align with client goals.
• Interact with clients to determine spatial requirements and translate vision into design elements.
• Coordinate drawings through order placement, procurement, installation, ensuring quality standards.
• Develop presentation drawings to communicate concepts to clients and stakeholders.
• Create training documentation outlining design standards and implementation procedures.
• Identify and resolve issues related to drawings or documentation promptly.
• Participate in design reviews and client meetings, incorporating feedback to refine deliverables.
• Collaborate with architectural and engineering partners across regions for seamless integration.
