TriMark USA, LLC is seeking a Designer to lead commercial kitchen design efforts, from concept through presentation drawings and production documents. You will collaborate with clients and cross-functional teams to ensure space, workflow, and design goals are achieved across regional projects.

The role requires 2–4 years of relevant experience, proficiency with Revit, AutoCAD, BIM tools, and a strong client-service mindset in a hybrid, full-time position in Landover, MD.

Formación

• 2-4 years of relevant experience, or equivalent Military or practical experience.
• Proficiency with Revit, AutoCAD, and BIM software; familiarity with Bluebeam and Smartsheet.
• Experience in the foodservice industry is preferred.
• Ability to pass a background check after offer acceptance.

Responsabilidades

• Lead collaborative efforts on multiple commercial kitchen projects, from concept to completion.
• Conceptualize and sketch layouts to optimize space and workflow.
• Interact with clients to understand spatial requirements and translate vision into design elements.
• Coordinate the lifecycle of drawings from order placement to installation and testing.
• Develop presentation drawings and comprehensive documentation for training and implementation.
• Identify and resolve drawing or documentation issues and drive solutions.
• Attend design reviews and client meetings, incorporating feedback to refine deliverables.
• Collaborate with architectural and engineering partners across regions.
