Job summary

SupportYourApp is seeking a seasoned Key Account Manager to own and grow strategic client relationships. You will lead ops calls, quarterly business reviews, and stakeholder relationships while balancing service delivery, performance, and risks.

Collaborating with Legal and Finance on contracts and pricing, you will translate client asks into staffed workstreams, drive improvements in SOPs, and guide teams through escalations, with a focus on customer success and account growth.

Qualifications

• 2+ years leadership in customer support or service delivery.
• English C1+ level and strong stakeholder management.
• Experience in commercial negotiations, pricing, and renewals.
• Proven end-to-end ownership of complex client accounts.

Responsibilities

• Own the account’s overall health, performance, risks and SLA/KPI discussions.
• Lead ops calls and business reviews; build client relationships with multiple stakeholders.
• Discuss contracts, rates, and scope; translate requests into staffed workstreams.
• Drive improvements in SOPs, escalation paths, reporting and handovers.
• Coordinate root-cause reviews after serious SLA breaches and ensure actions.
• Lead through leaders; manage team engagement, attrition and succession.
• Handle account administration, invoicing, onboarding and offboarding.
• Support peak seasons, service recovery, and travel calendar planning.
