Job summary

Spitz, the Employee’s Law Firm, is seeking a talented Kentucky attorney who wants to do meaningful work representing employees whose careers and livelihoods have been impacted by discrimination, retaliation, harassment, wrongful termination, and other unlawful workplace conduct. This is a remote position in Kentucky.

You will work alongside experienced employment litigators, take depositions, argue motions, develop case strategy, negotiate settlements, and prepare cases for trial.

Qualifications

• JD required with bar admission in Kentucky or eligibility.
• Strong research and writing abilities for complex employment matters.
• Experience in employment law is helpful but not required.

Responsibilities

• Represent employees in discrimination, retaliation, harassment, and wrongful termination cases.
• Take depositions, argue motions, and develop case strategy.
• Negotiate settlements and prepare cases for trial.
