Qualifications

• Mastery of evidence-based literacy instructional practices.
• Experience using literacy screening and progress monitoring data.

Responsibilities

• Provide instructional coaching to K-6 teachers on core literacy curriculum and strategies.
• Design and deliver professional development sessions for staff on literacy instruction and assessment.
• Lead Dyslexia identification, screening, and accommodations per Michigan Dyslexia laws.
• Plan and prepare for PA146/147 requirements for K-12.
• Model effective literacy lessons and support teachers with data interpretation.
