MGT seeks a K–3 Spanish Foundational Skills Curriculum Writer to develop and adapt Spanish-language foundational materials. You will ensure coherence, rigor, and authenticity while fostering phonological awareness, decoding, fluency, and early reading in biliteracy contexts.

The role requires strong Spanish writing, English communication, and the ability to work remotely within the US, with flexible collaboration and strict deadlines for high-quality instructional resources.

Qualifications

• Fluency in Spanish with strong orthography and instructional language.
• Excellent written/spoken English for internal collaboration.
• Bachelor’s degree in ECE, literacy, bilingual education, or related field.
• Familiarity with AI tools and willingness to learn new platforms.
• Knowledge of US K–12 education system preferred.
• Attention to detail and commitment to equity in literacy instruction.

Responsibilities

• Write and adapt standards-aligned Spanish K–3 foundational skills curriculum.
• Ensure content is linguistically and culturally accurate and biliteracy-aligned.
• Collaborate with editors, translators, SMEs, and designers.
• Incorporate evidence-based practices in Spanish Language Arts instruction.
• Revise materials based on feedback and project timelines.
• Create teacher-facing materials and professional learning resources as needed.
• Leverage AI tools to support content creation while preserving linguistic integrity.
