Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience developing educational content for PreK–2nd grade.
• Full professional fluency in English and Spanish with attention to dialectal variation.
• Experience with early-learning standards (Head Start ELOF, Common Core, state PreK) and ensuring alignment.
• Comfort using data to evaluate and improve content; comfortable with JSON/SQL.

Responsibilities

• Author English/Spanish learning activities and assessments for PreK–2nd grade.
• Map content coverage across the Khan Academy Kids library and identify gaps.
• Revise assessments using child data and psychometrics.
• Author/test new assessment items with children and educators.
• Coordinate with product/engineering to improve authoring tooling and workflows.
