Air Education Inc. (Air Reading) delivers evidence-based, small-group online reading instruction to elementary students and offers structured curriculum, coaching, and professional development to teachers.

This contract role is remote within the United States (excluding California) with flexible scheduling Monday–Friday 6:00 a.m.–5:00 p.m. Pacific Time. Sessions are typically 30–40 minutes per group, with compensation up to $24/hour.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or higher is required.
• Authorization to work in the United States.
• Proficiency with Zoom and common digital teaching tools.
• Strong verbal and written communication with elementary students.

Responsibilities

• Deliver structured online reading lessons via Zoom to groups of up to four students.
• Maintain fidelity to structured literacy and evidence-based approaches.
• Monitor student progress and provide timely feedback.
• Create a positive virtual learning environment that supports engagement.
