Job summary

ACCEL Schools LLC is seeking a licensed Speech-Language Pathologist to provide virtual language and speech services to K–11 students. The role requires collaboration with teachers, families, and state/federal compliance in IEP/ETR processes.

Although the position is online, travel for state testing and student events is expected several times per year. Remote work from Texas residents is supported with aligned clinical responsibilities and data-driven outcomes.

Qualifications

• Valid certification/licensure as a Speech-Language Pathologist in the state of Texas or applicable state.
• Proficient with MS Office, Google apps, email and internet; strong written and verbal communication.
• Ability to collaborate with teachers, families and other members of the educational team.

Responsibilities

• Provide high quality virtual speech-language therapy services to students in grades K–11.
• Conduct assessments, analyze results and write reports on articulation, language, literacy and dysphagia.
• Develop strength-based, family-centered treatment plans.
• Ensure IEP/ETR and progress monitoring comply with laws and district guidelines.
• Attend IEP/ETR meetings and document outcomes for team review.
