Jobtailor is seeking a qualified School Psychologist to perform virtual psychoeducational evaluations for K-12 students and lead a team of psychologists in Columbus, Ohio. The role emphasizes comprehensive reporting, internet-based administration of assessments, and collaboration with school teams on eligibility decisions.

The candidate will handle confidential information with discretion, maintain rosters, and participate in professional development and ETR/RETR meetings.

Qualifications

• Master’s Degree or Ed.S degree.
• Professional Ohio School Psychologist License.
• Proficiency with computers and online documentation skills.
• Ability to handle confidential information responsibly and exhibit sound judgment while maintaining that confidentiality.
• Demonstrates a reliable, dependable, and trustworthy work ethic.
• Ability to manage difficult or emotional client situations.
• Ability to make sound judgments after all information is gathered.
• Demonstrates a mature attitude and insight into department, self or company welfare.
• Demonstrated leadership and management ability.
• Excellent written and oral communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Conduct virtual psychoeducational evaluations for K-12 students per guidelines.
• Familiarity with evaluation tools.
• Complete Initial Evaluations and Re-evaluations.
• Complete Assessment Plans, RORs/REEDs, and FBAs.
• Provide virtual administration of cognitive and achievement assessments following tele-assessment standards.
• Integrate assessment results into comprehensive reports and submit paperwork.
• Present findings at ETR meetings and collaborate with school teams on eligibility.
• Maintain case rosters for all school psychologists.
• Participate in MTSS/RTI and attend meetings as needed.
• Plan and deliver professional development for staff.
• Supervise a team of school psychologists.
• Work ~80% remotely and ~20% in person within Columbus schools.
