Ethos is seeking experienced school principals with 4+ years in K-12 settings to train an AI model on professional documents, spreadsheets, and slide decks. You will create, evaluate, and refine AI-generated materials across curricula, student narratives, and school improvement docs.

This fully remote role offers flexible hours (5–20 per week) at $80/hr with ASAP start. You set your schedule and can work from anywhere.

Competenze

• 4+ years teaching, instructional coaching, or school administration in a K-12 environment.
• Direct ownership of curriculum planning, parent communications, or school improvement documentation, with fluency in standards-aligned instructional design
• Expert-level document, spreadsheet, and slide craftsmanship, with excellent written communication and attention to detail

• Create, evaluate, and refine AI-generated documents, spreadsheets, and slide decks across core workflows: unit and lesson plans, curriculum maps and pacing guides, parent-teacher conference notes, student progress report narratives, classroom management plans, and school improvement and professional development materials.
