Job summary

Time To Teach is seeking experienced K-12 educators to deliver classroom management and student engagement training nationwide as independent contractors. The role offers flexibility to fit around a full-time job, family, or retirement, with no quotas or curriculum to write.

You bring classroom credibility and presentation skills; we provide ready-to-deliver materials and a three-day trainer certification delivered virtually, plus a supportive national community.

Qualifications

• Are a current or retired K-12 teacher, instructional coach, administrator, principal, professor, counselor, or education consultant
• Come alive in front of a room and love presenting, coaching, or leading adult learners
• Hold a bachelor's degree or higher in education or a related field
• Are self-motivated and comfortable working independently
• Want work that fits your life (many of our trainers keep their full-time positions)

Responsibilities

• Deliver research-based professional development teachers can use Monday morning.
• Help schools strengthen classroom management, instruction, and student engagement.
• Serve public, private, and charter schools nationwide with real-world experience.
• Represent Time To Teach with personality, professionalism, and passion for educators.
