Job summary

Time To Teach is growing our national trainer team and we are seeking experienced K-12 educators to deliver classroom management and student engagement training. This is an independent contractor role, remote-friendly, designed to fit around other commitments.

You bring classroom credibility and real-world experience; we provide polished materials, trainer certification, and a warm community of educators. Compensation is per training event, with potential to grow as you engage more with schools

Qualifications

• Current or retired K-12 teacher, instructional coach, administrator, principal, professor, counselor, or education consultant
• Hold a Bachelor's degree or higher in education or a related field
• Self-motivated and comfortable working independently
• Want work that fits your life (many trainers keep their full-time positions)

Responsibilities

• Deliver research-based professional development that teachers can use Monday morning, not someday
• Help schools and districts strengthen classroom management, instruction, and student engagement with strategies refined over 30+ years
• Serve public, private, and charter schools nationwide, drawing on your own real-world experience
