Job summary

Time To Teach is growing our national team of trainers and we are looking for experienced K-12 educators to deliver classroom management and student engagement training refined since 1993. This is a flexible, remote-friendly independent contractor role built to fit around a full-time job, a family, or a retirement you are actually enjoying. No quotas. No curriculum to write.

No business to build from scratch. You bring the classroom experience and the credibility. We bring everything else.

Qualifications

• Are current or retired K-12 teacher, instructional coach, administrator, principal, professor, counselor, or education consultant
• Love presenting, coaching, or leading adult learners
• Hold a bachelor's degree or higher in education or a related field
• Self-motivated and comfortable working independently
• Want work that fits your life (many of our trainers keep their full-time positions)

Responsibilities

• Deliver research-based professional development that teachers can use Monday morning, not someday
• Help schools and districts strengthen classroom management, instruction, and student engagement with strategies refined over 30+ years
• Serve public, private, and charter schools nationwide, drawing on your own real-world experience
• Represent Time To Teach with the three P's we look for: personality, professionalism, and passion for the educators you serve
