Job summary

ProCare Therapy is seeking a dedicated Virtual Occupational Therapist to provide teletherapy services to K12 students across Michigan during the 2026-2027 school year. This full-time, remote position collaborates with educators, families, and multidisciplinary teams to promote student success.

Assignments are matched to district needs and clinician experience. The role involves evaluations, treatment planning aligned with IEP goals, and delivering services remotely while maintaining compliant

Qualifications

• Masters degree in Occupational Therapy.
• Valid Michigan OT license.
• Appropriate Michigan school-based credentials/certifications, as required by the district.
• Prior school-based experience preferred.
• Teletherapy or virtual service experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Conduct virtual occupational therapy evaluations and assessments.
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans and IEP goals.
• Provide direct and indirect occupational therapy services.
• Support students with fine motor, sensory, visual-motor, self-care, and functional needs.
• Collaborate with teachers, administrators, parents, and multidisciplinary teams.
• Provide recommendations and strategies to support student participation and success in the educational environment.
• Maintain accurate documentation and ensure compliance with district, state, and federal requirements.
• Participate in virtual meetings, including IEP, eligibility, and team meetings.
