SupportFinity™ is hiring a Placement Coordinator to assist K–12 students with course placements. This part-time role involves contacting students and families, conducting conferences, and ensuring accurate course selections.

The ideal candidate has a bachelor's degree in education and customer service experience. Flexibility in working hours is required, with potential remote work from Minnesota.

Qualifications

• Min 20 weeks of availability (20–30 hours) for work per week.
• Weekend and evening availability is required.
• Ability to work independently with minimal guidance.

Responsibilities

• Contact K–12 students and families for course placement.
• Conduct placement conferences with students and guardians.
• Document communications with families in Stride tools.
