Qualifications

• Two years of academic advising experience in a public school setting preferred.
• 2–5 years of customer service experience preferred.
• Strong communication, written and verbal, with internal and external stakeholders.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office or Google applications and basic technology.

Responsibilities

• Review academic records for accuracy in transcript entries and scheduling.
• Manage programs and projects independently, including setup, communication, and maintenance.
• Participate in calls with families to develop individualized graduation plans.
• Update schedules, graduation plans, and post-secondary plans across platforms.
• Maintain a caseload to ensure students stay on track for graduation.
• Coordinate with prior districts to obtain records for graduation planning.
• Follow up on missing or incomplete records and ensure timely communication.
• Document communications with students and parents promptly.
• Support standardized testing, parent education, and staff development.
• Attend staff meetings and professional development sessions throughout the year.
