• Demonstrated interest in open source technology and a tech career.
• Strong technical foundation in CS, IT, AI or related fields.
• Experience applying troubleshooting, documentation and analytical skills in IT projects.
• Understanding of network communication and configuration concepts.
• Motivation for self-directed learning of new technologies.
• Customer-focused mindset with ability to understand customer needs.
• Effective written and verbal communication and presentation skills.
• Ability to work independently and with internal/external teams.
• Exposure to scripting languages (e.g., Python, Bash) or languages (e.g., Java, Go).
• Proficiency in written and spoken English.
